She has worked extensively in the HIV/AIDS and GBVF sectors and brings a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable communities through advocacy, psychosocial support, and organisational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA), Fatima leads strategic efforts to advance the rights and safety of women and girls.
